How long until I have it?
We assemble it after you order, one at a time. It ships within 12 working days, and we write to you when it is printed, when it is stitched and when it has left.
How do I clean it?
Rinse the shell under lukewarm running water; if needed, use a mild degreaser. Clean the pouch with a damp cloth: for stains, use Marseille soap and rub gently. When you are not using it, keep the bag in the cotton dust bag it comes with: it preserves its beauty.
Do the magnets lose their strength?
Not with use, no.
And over time?
Every component can be remade, even years from now: we print the parts ourselves. If the damage came from use, we tell you the price before we begin.
